Australia Day BBQ Brekkie at Narooma Surf Club

There’s no better way to celebrate Australia Day than tucking into a good old-fashioned Aussie BBQ brekkie, beachside at beautiful Narooma.

The annual Australia Day BBQ Breakfast is on again, fired up by Narooma Surf Life Saving Club with a big hand from the legends at the Narooma Lions Club. Join us from 8:00am to 10:00am in the carpark below the clubhouse for a ripper start to Oz Day.

This brekkie always pulls a crowd and for good reason. You’ll be served up sausages, bacon, eggs and toast, with a cuppa tea or coffee, all topped off with your choice of dead horse — tomato or BBQ. Simple, classic and bloody good.

Lend a Hand, Lend a Hand

We’re also on the lookout for a few helpers to get things up and running. Setup kicks off from 6:30am, with the carpark closed to cars, boats rolled out of the shed, tables and chairs set up, and the BBQ fired up and ready to go.
